Solicitors making a Will

Thank you for helping someone to make a Will that includes a gift to Oxfam Australia. You can find our suggested clause wording here or for further information, you can download our
guide to Wills and Oxfam. To make sure that your client’s gift reaches us, it is important to:

Use our correct registered name: Oxfam Australia; and Include our ABN: 18 055 208 636.

If your client would like their gift to be used for a specific purpose, please contact our bequest team first to make sure that their wishes can be carried out.

We would also like the chance to thank the Will maker in person and invite them to join a community of other wonderful people who support us in this way. Please could you ask them to contact us directly on 1800 088 110 or at bequest@oxfam.org.au.

Executors administering a Will

Thank you for making sure that someone’s gift to Oxfam Australia is properly administered. We’d be grateful if you could please send the following information to us:

• A covering note that includes your contact details, as well as the full name and last known address of the deceased person;
• A copy of the final Will and any codicils; and
• A statement of estate accounts.

When you’re ready to distribute the estate, please post a cheque made payable to Oxfam Australia to:
