Touching on her personal experiences as a child collecting water and firewood in Uganda, Winnie highlights the ongoing vulnerability and challenges facing our brothers and sisters in Uganda, the Pacific, the coastal regions of Bangladesh, and elsewhere.

“We can’t close our ears to [these communities],” says Winnie. “This is about their very survival.”
